NEW GROUP!
Begininng September 16th, Debbie Lancaster will offer a therapeutic group entitled Beyond Survival – A Sexual Abuse Recovery Group for Women. The purpose of this group is to provide a safe context for survivors of sexual abuse to move beyond isolation and silence, into a community of support, caring and partnership with other women to journey together on the road to hope and healing.
*Please note that this group is for adult women who... are either currently in counseling or have sought previous individual therapy to address issues surrounding the abuse. For others, Debbie is available to present overviews to groups regarding this topic, and, of course, provide individual counseling services.
This group will meet weekly at Summit Counseling Center on Thursday evenings @ 5:30-7:00 for 13 weeks for a cost of $20 per session.
*A sliding scale is available for those that qualify.

Group therapy for men struggling with sexual addiction in any one of its many forms. It is designed to be a safe place for men to share their struggles, gain accountability, and find answers and support. This will be an open group for 10 members and will then close to new members until a seat opens.

An interactive counseling group and study for women based on the book by Kim Gaines Eckert. Subjects for discussion include negative self-talk, how our thoughts affect our feelings, dealing with anger, anxiety & depression, building a healthy self-esteem, how we view our bodies, sexual intimacy & wounds, healthy relationships and healing from loss & abuse.
